He has held a variety of technical and management roles on over 20 major projects across North America and Australasia. Hector has recent Management and Consulting experience on some of the largest projects in Western Canada in a wide variety of sectors including O&G, LNG, T&D and Renewables.
Tyson is a Professional Engineer with an emphasis in structural engineering and over 17 years combined experience including preparing structural design solutions for steel, concrete, masonry, and heavy timber buildings for both commercial and residential applications. He has experience with deep and shallow foundation design, also with experience in surveying job sites, gathering topographical data and preparing as-built drawings. Knowledgeable in developing, deploying, and training staff in new design software and appropriate design techniques.
Gustavo is a Senior Geotechnical and Structural Engineer with more than 25 years’ experience in consulting projects, designing and implementing engineering solutions for the oil and gas industry, highway and bridge infrastructure, power transmission and distribution projects as well as for commercial and residential buildings. Gustavo has an extensive experience in the geotechnical and structural design of deep and shallow foundations, design of earth supporting systems, including MSE walls, braced excavations, retaining walls, tiebacks and anchors. Gustavo’s technical background includes providing geotechnical recommendations for the design of ponds, sewage lagoons, dykes and embankments. Gustavo’s experience includes 5 years undertaking geohazard projects for Alberta Transportation, assessing the erosion, drainage and stability of highway embankments and bridge foundations, including carrying out extensive slope stability analyses and instrumentation monitoring leading to the assessment of slope failures and landslides and the subsequent preparation of remediation projects. Gustavo has published 18 technical articles and was Professor Assistant of Foundation Engineering and Structural Engineering courses in the Universidad Iberoamericana and Universidad Marista in Mexico for 5 years.
